生徒様のご都合でレッスンへ参加されない場合 レッスン開始の48時間前までにメールでレッスン欠席のご連絡をください。 先生の都合の場合 希ですが、先生の不都合でのレッスンは、そのままキャンセルではなくリスケジュールとなります。 生徒様のご都合でリスケジュールができない場合は、そのまま都合のつかなかったレッスンはキャンセルとなり、返金やクレジットはございません。 接続不良の場合 接続関係でレッスンが中断されてしまった場合 まずはリトライ アプリをリスタートするなどのトラブルシューティングを行いましょう。 完全中断でレッスンが中止になってしまった場合 レッスン開始より３０分以上の時間が過ぎてしまっていたらそのレッスンは中断のままになります。キャンセル料やリスケジュールは行われません。中断されたレッスンがあった場合、先生からフォローのメールが送られますのでご確認ください。 レッスン開始より２９分以内の場合は、リスケジュールになります。リスケジュールする日程が生徒様のご都合により取れない場合は、中断されたレッスンはそのまま終了です。以下英語 Lesson Policy Please join scheduled classes. For group lessons especially, please make every effort to join the class each time and on time. Tardiness Excessive tardiness or receptive tardiness may require the student to only be able to sign up for private lessons or no lessons at all. If you are experiencing schedule conflicts, please reach out and communicate. In case of student’s absence - Student must notify the instructor in writing of the absence 48+ hours advance notice. - Due to the nature of group lessons, rescheduling may not be possible. We will try to have you join another group lesson that week as substation OR up to 1 lesson cam be deferred to the end of the plan. If neither option is chosen by the student, there will be no rescheduling or refund that will be issued.
 - No show, no calls are considered offenses. If a student does not show up to a class 3 consecutive times, they may not be allowed to schedule for additional lessons. No refunds may be made. Teacher’s Absence As a first resort, a substitute instructor will fill in for the lesson at the company’s discretion. If a substitute is unavailable or the class must be cancelled by the instructor or company, notifications will be sent out via email. Students are responsible for checking notices. The instructor may offer an alternate lesson schedule to make up for the lesson. Most likely, the other 2 lessons of that week will be longer 1.5 hr sessions. Students will be communicated so please respond back. Technical Difficulties Please check your emails for any communication, if the instructor is able to. Please be patient as it usually can take a minute if anything had to reboot. If you're having technical difficulties, try troubleshooting or join via other devices, such as your phone. If the class was able to go on for over 30 minutes, there will be no rescheduling or refunds. For classes interrupted for over 30 minutes, the class will be rescheduled in the manner of extending the next class to a longer session.
