1. Attendance and Punctuality

Please join all scheduled classes on time. Attendance and punctuality are especially important for group lessons, so students are expected to make every effort to attend each session consistently and arrive on time.

Tardiness

Excessive or repeated tardiness may result in the student being restricted to private lessons or no longer being permitted to schedule lessons.

If you are experiencing scheduling conflicts, please communicate with the instructor as early as possible.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice is considered a violation of the attendance policy.

If a student misses three consecutive classes without notice, they may no longer be permitted to schedule additional lessons. The student remains responsible for payment for all missed lessons. No refunds will be issued.

2. Payment Policy

Payment for the upcoming month is due in full by the Friday before the first lesson week of that month.

All payments are final and nonrefundable. Please refer to the rescheduling and lesson credit policies below for exceptions regarding eligible lesson credits.

3. Student Absences and Rescheduling

Students must notify the instructor of any planned absence in writing at least 48 hours in advance.

If the instructor offers an alternative lesson time and the student is unable to attend, the student may apply the missed lesson as a credit toward their next unpaid scheduled lesson, provided that:

• The required 48-hour advance notice was given.

• The credit is limited to one lesson per month.

Otherwise, missed lessons are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Students who frequently request rescheduling or cancel lessons may be restricted from signing up for additional lessons.

Group Lesson Absences

Due to the nature of group lessons, rescheduling may not always be possible. When available, the instructor may offer an alternative group lesson for the student to attend.

If no alternative group lesson is available, the missed lesson will not be refunded.

Planned Trips and Vacations

Please inform the instructor as early as possible about any planned holidays, vacations, or extended absences.

Classes will resume according to the previously agreed-upon return date and schedule. Depending on the duration of the absence, the regular time may not be available upon return at then which time, a new time schedule will be scheduled. 

4. Instructor Absences and Cancellations

If a lesson must be canceled by the instructor or the company, notification will be sent by email.

Students are responsible for checking their email for class updates and cancellation notices.

When necessary, the instructor may offer an alternative lesson time to make up for the canceled session.

5. Technical Difficulties

Although online technology allows us to connect from anywhere, technical difficulties may occasionally occur.

Please be patient while technical issues are being resolved, as devices or platforms may need time to restart or reconnect.

If you experience technical difficulties, please try the following:

• Check your email for any updates or instructions from the instructor.

• Troubleshoot your internet connection or device.

• Try joining the class using another device, such as a mobile phone.

If the class successfully continues for more than 30 minutes, no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

If technical difficulties interrupt the class and result in less than 30 minutes of instructional time, the instructor may offer a make-up arrangement, such as extending the next class.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final and nonrefundable.

Please refer to the student absence, rescheduling, and lesson credit policies for the limited circumstances in which a lesson credit or alternative arrangement may be offered.

7. Recording, Screenshots, and Lesson Materials

Students are encouraged to take notes during lessons using a physical notebook or digital note-taking tools.

However, screenshots, screen recordings, audio recordings, video recordings, and any other form of lesson recording are prohibited unless specific permission has been granted in advance for that particular instance. AI notetaking or recording not permitted. 

No portion of a lesson, including its content or materials, may be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared with any unauthorized third party.

8. Authorized Participants

Only the student who is officially registered for the lesson may attend.

If additional individuals wish to participate, each person must register and pay for their own lesson.

The presence of any unauthorized participant will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in additional fees or other restrictions.

9. Virtual Backgrounds and Security

For security and identification purposes, students are requested not to use virtual backgrounds during lessons.

レッスン受講規約・ポリシー

1. 出席および時間厳守について

すべてのレッスンには、開始時間までにご参加ください。特にグループレッスンでは、他の受講生にも影響するため、毎回欠かさず、時間どおりに参加していただくようお願いいたします。

遅刻について

遅刻が頻繁に発生する場合、今後の受講を個人レッスンのみに制限させていただく、またはレッスンのご予約をお断りする場合がございます。

スケジュールの都合などで参加が難しい場合は、できるだけ早めに講師までご相談ください。

無断欠席について

事前の連絡なくレッスンを欠席した場合、受講規約違反とみなされます。

無断欠席が3回連続した場合、今後のレッスンのお申し込みをお断りする場合がございます。また、欠席されたレッスンの受講料はお支払いいただく必要があり、返金はいたしかねます。

2. お支払いについて

翌月分のレッスン料は、翌月の最初のレッスン週が始まる前の金曜日までに、全額お支払いください。

お支払い完了後の返金は、原則としていたしかねます。レッスンの振替やレッスンクレジットについては、以下の各項目をご確認ください。

3. 欠席およびレッスンの振替について

欠席される場合は、レッスン開始の48時間前までに、必ず書面（メッセージまたはメール）にて講師へご連絡ください。

講師から代替日時をご提案した場合、その日時での受講が難しい場合には、以下の条件を満たす場合に限り、欠席分を次回以降の未払いのレッスン料に充当することができます。

• 所定の48時間前までに欠席の連絡をしていること。

• レッスンクレジットの利用は月1回までとすること。

上記の条件を満たさない場合、欠席したレッスンの返金および振替はいたしかねます。

振替やキャンセルが頻繁に発生する場合、今後のレッスンのお申し込みを制限させていただくことがございます。

グループレッスンの欠席について

グループレッスンの性質上、振替ができない場合がございます。

空き状況によっては、別のグループレッスンへの振替をご案内できる場合がございますが、代替レッスンをご用意できない場合、返金はいたしかねます。

旅行・休暇などによる長期欠席について

旅行、休暇、その他の理由で長期間お休みされる場合は、できるだけ早めに講師までお知らせください。

レッスンは、事前に合意した復帰日およびスケジュールに基づいて再開いたします。

ただし、欠席期間によっては、復帰時にこれまでと同じ時間帯をご案内できない場合がございます。その際は、空き状況に応じて新たなレッスン日時を調整させていただきます。

4. 講師側の欠席およびレッスンのキャンセルについて

講師または運営側の都合によりレッスンをキャンセルする場合、メールにてご連絡いたします。

受講生ご自身でメールを定期的にご確認いただき、レッスンに関するお知らせや変更の連絡を確認するようお願いいたします。

必要に応じて、休講となったレッスンの振替日時をご提案する場合がございます。

5. 技術的なトラブルについて

オンラインレッスンでは、インターネット接続や使用機器、プラットフォームなどの不具合が発生する場合がございます。

トラブルが発生した際は、機器やシステムの再起動・再接続などに時間がかかる場合がございますので、解決まで少々お待ちいただきますようお願いいたします。

受講生側で技術的な問題が発生した場合は、以下をお試しください。

• 講師からの連絡や対応方法について、メールを確認する。

• インターネット接続や使用機器の状態を確認し、必要に応じてトラブルシューティングを行う。

• パソコンで接続できない場合は、スマートフォンなど別の機器から参加する。

技術的な問題が発生した場合でも、レッスンが30分を超えて実施された場合、原則として振替および返金はいたしかねます。

一方、技術的なトラブルによりレッスンが中断され、実際の指導時間が30分未満となった場合は、次回のレッスン時間を延長するなどの方法で補講対応を行う場合がございます。

6. 返金について

お支払い済みのレッスン料は、原則として返金いたしかねます。

ただし、本規約に定める欠席、振替およびレッスンクレジットの条件に該当する場合は、規定の範囲内で対応いたします。詳細は各項目をご確認ください。

7. 録画・スクリーンショット・レッスン内容の取り扱いについて

レッスン中は、紙のノートやデジタルノートなどを使用して、自由にメモを取っていただけます。

ただし、事前に個別の許可を得た場合を除き、スクリーンショット、画面録画、音声録音、動画録画など、いかなる形式での記録も禁止いたします。AIによる自動文字起こし、議事録作成、ノート作成および録音・録画機能の使用も禁止です。

レッスンの内容や教材の一部または全部を、無断で録画・複製・配布・公開したり、許可されていない第三者と共有したりすることも禁止いたします。

8. レッスンへの参加者について

レッスンに参加できるのは、正式に登録された受講生ご本人のみです。

追加の参加者がレッスンへの参加を希望する場合は、各自でお申し込みのうえ、所定のレッスン料をお支払いください。

登録されていない方が無断で参加していることが確認された場合、本規約への違反とみなし、追加料金の請求や今後の受講制限などの措置を取る場合がございます。

9. バーチャル背景およびセキュリティについて

安全性の確保および本人確認のため、レッスン中はバーチャル背景を使用しないようお願いいたします。

本規約をご理解・遵守いただき、すべての受講生が安心して、継続的かつ有意義に学べる環境づくりにご協力くださいますようお願いいたします。
